Falling For Flowers

Mya and I spent our Saturday morning grocery shopping at the Central Market!!! We couldn’t resist and had to stop and check out the variety of different flowers for sale on this beautiful day! 😊 We found a few of them we loved and thought they would be perfect in our home for fall. We can enjoy them as we continue to unpack. So, we bought four types of flowers and arranged them into 5 vases… different combinations, different sizes. Check out these photos and get inspired for fall by a few of our simple arrangements!

This little princess is a flower lover! She loves to help me arrange flowers for any occasion.

She loved the little brown vase arrangement the best, maybe because that is the one she did! lol.. Comment below and tell us which one is your favorite!
Baby breath are a great flowers for all year round! They are one of my favorites. You will see I use them EVERY season!

NYIAD Student

Hey GUYS! I am just a few months away from finishing up my Interior Design courses to be a Certified Interior Designer. In these courses you are to do several projects within a home, what better home than your own, right? Over the past few months my husband and I were shopping for a new home for our growing family and you know, I never thought we would build a home. I always loved the character an old home has, and in my mind….as the home grows older, the home grows better. Building was well worth the wait and energy! There is so much that I have learned about our new home along the way. Being able to customize your home to fit your families day to day lifestyle and make the space functional in different unique ways was the coolest part about the whole process. I was so hands on from refinishing my lighting to finding some of my own vendors and supplies, and now that it is all complete and I am so glad I was! I must have walked the house everyday, if not more than once….LOL, “here comes Mrs. Johnson” I could hear the workers say… Just Kidding… But not :). This turned out to be the best and most rewarding project I have done. As I have many inspirations and can’t wait to share them on this site… here are a few beautiful fresh kitchens that inspired me along the way!
